A group of unfinished skyscrapers in Los Angeles has become a giant canvas for graffiti, sparking conversations on whether graffiti is vibrant art or vandalism. Some say that the graffiti has added beauty to the buildings and created awareness around LA's housing crisis. City officials, however, are spending millions to remove it as that has been the solution to manage graffiti in the past.
